Newly promoted Premier League outfit Watford made a big coup in the transfer market with the signing of Turkish international Ozan Tufanfrom Fenerbahce. The Hornets signed Tufan on a season-long loan deal from Turkish Super League giants Fenerbahce. To this effect, he will spend this season at Watford who are back in the Premier League after a one-year absence.

Watford secured their place in the Premier League this season after finishing second behind champions Norwich City in the English Championship last season. Brentford were able to join both Norwich City and Watford in the Premier League this season via the playoffs.
Turkish international OzanTufan has been compared with Manchester City legend Yaya Toure in the past. He is a versatile player like retired Ivory Coast national team player Yaya Toure. Apart from Manchester City, Yaya Toure featured for clubs such as Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona, Greek giants Olympiacos and AS Monaco.
New Watford signing Tufan has not featured for the club since his signing in the third week of last month. Watford saw off the likes of fellow Premier League team Everton and West Brom to win the race to sign the Turkish midfielder who can also play as a right-back or as a right-sided midfielder.
Tufan has nine goals in 64 appearances for the Turkish national team and he was involved at the Euro 2020 tournament. Turkey were one of the worst teams at Euro 2020 as they lost all their games in Group A. Turkey lost to Italy, Wales and Switzerland in their group as they failed to reach the last 16 of the competition.
New signing OzanTufan is on course to make his debut for Watford in the Premier League this weekend. Watford are at Wolves who are yet to score a goal or win any point after three games. Hosts Wolves are third from bottom on the league table.
